We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer to produce high-quality training videos for our production team and support content creation for social media platforms. This role plays a key part in enhancing employee training, onboarding, and engagement through video, while also strengthening our brand presence online. The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller who can simplify technical processes visually and enjoys working in both structured and creative environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit instructional and training videos for production employees.
- Collaborate with HR, production leads, and subject matter experts to ensure accurate, clear, and engaging content.
- Organize and maintain a content library of training videos and related materials.
- Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, and subtitles to enhance video accessibility and effectiveness.
- Assist with creating short-form videos for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to highlight company culture, employee spotlights, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Ensure all video content aligns with branding guidelines and communication goals.
- Manage video equipment, lighting, and audio tools during shoots.
- Stay updated on best practices in training video production and social media video trends.
Coordinate video shoots, including scheduling, site prep, and post-production reviews.
