Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, implementing efficient processes, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the production facility. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement staffing plans to ensure adequate resources for production needs.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of production personnel.

- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to address any product quality issues promptly.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively, including equipment, materials, and manpower.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust resource allocation to meet production targets.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure a steady and cost-effective supply of raw materials.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a managerial role within the rotational molding or plastic manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of rotational molding processes and equipment.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
