Key Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources Support

    • Assist with employee orientations and onboarding documentation

    • Help coordinate employee engagement and recognition programs

  • Sales & Customer Service Support

    • Perform accurate and timely order entry

    • Support customer communications

    • Assist with portal uploads and documentation as needed

  • General Administrative Duties

    • File and organize both digital and physical documents

    • Maintain office and kitchen supply areas

    • Support various departments with clerical tasks and data entry

Bilingual in Spanish (spoken and written) is a plus
